COVID-19 Update

 Dear Patients,

We are committed to the safety and health of our patients and staff and have implemented these new protocols to safeguard our office during COVID-19:

• All patients, visitors, and staff are required to wear a mask while in the office.
• Patients are asked to wait in their cars rather than the waiting room prior to their appointment. Patients can either call or text us when they arrive and we will communicate to them when we are ready.
• We are utilizing mobile check-in to minimize the amount of time patients spend at the front desk.
• All patients will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms and risk factors by answering a series of questions. Patients with suspected cases will be asked to change their in-office appointment to a telemedicine appointment to avoid coming into the clinic, or they will be redirected to a healthcare facility equipped to handle coronavirus cases.
• Exam rooms are sanitized after each patient encounter and the waiting room is disinfected every hour.
• Hand sanitizer is available at the front desk and in all exam rooms.
• We are limiting the number of patients seen per day in order to ensure social distancing measures can be consistently implemented.

In addition to these safety measures, we have also introduced new features to improve your interactions with our office: text messages and online appointment scheduling. You can now text us at 626-714-2931 and receive a response during normal business hours.

Online scheduling is now available for allergy shot appointments, telemedicine visits (for new and established patients) and new patient in office visits. Any other in office visits please call our office to schedule an appointment. Please see the “Book Online Now” tab option on the website for more information and to make an appointment online.
